Our Multipurpose Soap Noodles have a 72% Minimum Total Fat Content. These soap noodles produce very high-quality general-purpose soap bars. The colour of general-purpose noodles ranges from natural white to creamy off white.

Our Laundry Grade Soap Noodles typically have Total Fat Contents of 60-72% Total Fatty Matter. They are best used for making budget laundry soap bars which are commonly used by those who wash their clothes manually.

We supply the following raw materials: Palm Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm Stearin, Palm Fatty Acid Distillate, Palm Kernel Fatty Acid Distillate, Coconut Fatty Acid Distillate and Distilled Fatty Acids.

These soap noodles are produced directly from the vegetable oil. Thus, they are not as white as toilet soap noodles. These soap noodles are particularly suitable for producing high-quality toilet soaps, laundry soaps and can be used for natural cosmetics.

High Glycerine soap noodles are vegetable-based and contain a higher natural glycerine content which prevents cracking of the soap and acts as an anti-caking agent.

Superfatted soap noodles are when the oils are left unsaponified. Which results in a gentle, extra-moisturizing bar of soap with a silky feel due to the residual oils being in direct contact with the skin. This soap noodles caters to the market that prefers a premium, silky feel.

Palm Kernel Expeller is the product of oil extraction from Palm Kernels. It is a great source of low-cost protein & fibre and is highly palatable for cattle. It can be fed straight or can be combined into on farm feed mixes.

Calcium salts have long been included in rations for dairy cattle and have a proven track record in improving milk yield and fertility. Calcium salts can be readily mixed with other feeds on farm.

Copra Cakes is made from the process of extracting Coconut Oil from the Copra (dried meat or kernel of the coconut). Copra Cake is a great source of vitamins and minerals that are essential for animal health.

Soybean meal is produced from the extraction of the oil from Soybeans. It is the most important protein source used to feed farm animals, especially swine. Soybean is often used as a standard to which other protein sources are compared to.

Acid Oils are used extensively in the animal feed industry and can be either included in compound feeds or supplied as ‘straights’ for inclusion in on-farm mixed feed rations.

Various formulations of Palm Wax are available to suit the many different types of candle, including pillar, taper and tea light candles. Most grades of palm wax can be readily mixed with paraffin wax and will accept colouring and fragrance. Palm wax has a relatively high contraction rate so in the case of moulded candles, palm wax offers benefits in terms of facilitating manufacture.
